Is the end near?

I haven't felt this unsure of if I was going to have a job in a month for a long time. It's very unsettling. It's scary to think of what it would mean. Fortunately, there are php jobs out there in the area, but I bet it's fairly competitive. I just don't know how I'd make end meet. I've painted myself into a lovely corner and don't know how to get out. I just hope the job holds up.
